4. Deposits and Withdrawals

6bdtk supports a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

9. Account Suspension and Closure

6bdtk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed above.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe as requested by our compliance team.

Incases where an account is suspended due to suspected fraudulent activity, 6bdtk reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, funds may be permanently forfeited.

The 6bdtk name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of 6bdtk. Unauthorized use of these marks in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6bdtk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 6bdtk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6bdtk's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
